Become part of an interdisciplinary and agile team and develop data-based planning models for customer inventory, sales and earnings development together with us and thus actively contribute to the increase in corporate value. We look forward to your application for the Karlsruhe or Montabaur site (between Cologne and Frankfurt am Main). Your tasks in detail:

• They develop software solutions to support the customer inventory and financial planning of the 1&1 and act as contact persons for the technical mapping of the financial processes in the “board” software
• In the team, you define the architecture and design (data model, data workflow, frontend) of the technical mapping of the central planning and control models and accompany the professional teams in modeling the financial processes in an agile and highly dynamic environment.
• They also develop the development of the planning platform as well as the expansion and optimization of the models for customer stock development and accounting for the efficiency increase and data-driven decision-making. They can contribute their own ideas and perspectives with full energy and, together with their teammates, take responsibility for the high quality of the developed areas.
• They link appropriate source data from the different systems of 1&1, calculate them in the form of multidimensional data cubes for the forecast of essential financial characteristics and create automated processes for consistent integration and processing of user input.
• They operate four separate IT platforms in the team for the development, technical and technical testing and the production of financial planning models and are responsible, in addition to further development, for the operation, deployment and troubleshooting.
• Finally integrate the new processes into existing processes and check requirements for appropriate sensuality

For this interesting activity with a high learning curve and creative freedom within the tasks you are responsible, bring a successful conclusion in an analytical study program (Bachelor or Master in Mathematics, Physics, (economic) informatics, Finance Engineering or a comparable study direction). Multiannual well-founded professional experience in the BI environment (BI Analyst, BI Developer, Data Analyst, Data Scientist or comparable) would be a plus. They are characterized by a great deal of knowledge and curiosity, self-initiative and a strong interest in economic relations. The work in interdisciplinary teams is fun.

Your further qualifications include:

• You already have practical experience with relevant BI tools for data visualization and experience with database applications (SQL)
