Physiotherapist – Geriatrics (m/f/d)

Self-fulfilment of individual and group therapies focusing on care in the areas of geriatric and age traumatology including physiotherapeutic findings and individual therapy planning You support the mobilization and activation of geriatric patients, in particular with gear, equilibrium and coordination training and training for applications relevant to everyday use Implementation of trainings for fall-prophylaxis and promotion of self-employment as well as atemtherapeutic measures Close cooperation in the interprofessional team of doctors, care, ergotherapy, logopedia and other therapeutic professional groups The documentation of the physiotherapeutic treatment process, assessments, therapeutic measures and therapy procedures guide you through structured and reliable You advise patients on suitable aids and assist in their application Through your regular participation in in interdisciplinary team meetings and internal training, you contribute to the development of the team and department as well as the quality of our work at

You have completed vocational training or studies as a physiotherapist (m/w/d) (with professional recognition), supplemented by additional qualifications and sound professional knowledge You enjoy working with older and multimorbid patients and ideally bring experience in the acute clinical and geriatric areas (ideally in a house of maximum care) You are strong in communication and have good German knowledge (min. level C1) You are interested in conceptual work and evidence-based patient care Their work is characterised by care, self-sufficiency, empathy and high sense of responsibility You are empathic, team-oriented and appreciate the close cooperation with different professional groups Participation in weekend and holiday services is of course a matter of course – of course with regulated leisure compensation
