You can do this with us:

• Execution of technical tours in the object to control building installations
• Conducting sprinkler samples as well as test runs on net replacement plants
• Small repairs and minor repairs during the course of the tour
• Monitoring and coordination of contractors during maintenance and testing
• Documentation of the work and samples carried out in the specified systems

We wish you:

• Complete technical training, e.g. as an electronics engineer, SHK plant engineer, mechatronics engineer or a comparable qualification
• First professional experience in home technology, building technology or facility management is desirable
• Technical understanding of building equipment (e.g. sprinklers, grid replacement systems, general building technology)
• Reliable, careful and independent operation
• Class B driving licence
