For the ''Joint Fire Support' programme area, we are looking for a*n at the Fürstenfeldbruck site at the next possible time Managing Director for Joint Fire Support Solutions (w/m/d) The Joint Fire Support program within the Multi-Domain Solutions division's Business Unit is responsible for the solutions in particular for software, combat stand and soldiers systems and training solutions on the subject of military joint fire support (STF). The ''Joint Fire Support '' area is responsible for the development of complex national and international customer projects as well as internal development projects as well as studies within the area of responsibility. The interdisciplinary project teams are composed of team members of Engineering, Sourcing, Quality, Finance and Sales.

Professional and disciplinary leadership of employees and executives in possibly hybrid responsibility Plan the strategic orientation of the business unit taking into account the company/or Division Track market/customer development as well as relevant technology trends and possibly Defining implementation measures Cooperation with program management to further develop the portfolio Promoting the development of new market-oriented products/performance chains Managing customers and partners at relevant management level Developing and developing cooperation Implementation of business planning, implementation and monitoring. Initiation of counter-control measures when detecting plan deviations. Full responsibility for project and budget New customer acquisition and regular monitoring and evaluation of initiatives, offers as well as project progress and other projects Responsibility for strategic personnel needs development and promotion of employees Staff planning and promotion/qualification of directly assigned employees Continuous development of professional know-how in the team Networking of the business unit’s own teams and projects to adjacent organisational areas (process-related) and to organisational units required for the performance of the GE (performance-related)

Graduate degree in engineering, IT or comparable discipline Very many years of professional experience (> 10 years), versatile and yearly In-depth methods and domain knowledge in the areas of functional development, system development in integration projects and test and protection Deepened domain knowledge in the environment of Joint Fire Support, soldiers and combat stand systems, leadership and weapons deployment systems Experiences in the environment Integration projects with hardware and software components Multi-annual experience in multi-project management Multiannual experience in managing subprojects, projects and project teams Certified training (e.g. PMI certification or similar) desirable German and very good English knowledge in word and writing High analytic conceptual thinking Experience in change management, process and method consulting Ability to penetrate complex situations, capture and display processes and optimization potentials Multiannual and pronounced project management experience (V-model) Very good process and methodological knowledge for risk analysis and deep understanding of complex, cross-references Business knowledge of cost centers and income accounting and experience in the analysis of existing processes and the development of optimization measures Good analytical and design capability to optimize existing processes, optimize effort/result, cost-conscious action, embossed consulting and negotiating skills Experiences with products and services in need of explanation
