Senior Specialist Property Management (m/f/d)

Communication with landlords: You are responsible for the contact with landlords and take care of all matters relating to rental contracts, taking into account contractual and legal framework conditions. Rental Contract Management: You first set up leases and supplements, manage existing contracts and monitor the exercise of option rights or terminations. Facility Management: You commission repairs, maintenance and remodeling in our service centers and accompany these measures until the invoice is made. Financial protection: You apply for rental guarantees and are in close contact with the relevant departments. Auxiliary Cost Management: You may check and request corrections for additional cost accounting. In addition, you will test these and identify savings potentials. Database Care: You're planning and updating the rental contract database. Project cooperation: You will participate in existing and new projects around our locations.

You bring with me: Training and qualification: You have completed an immobility-specific training (e.g. a merchant/wife for real estate) with corresponding training or a study of the business economy or a similar subject with a focus on real estate management. Professional experience: You have at least three years of professional experience in a comparable position. IT knowledge: You have good knowledge in the common office applications. Project management: Basic knowledge in project management is an advantage to support departmental and cross-departmental projects. Communication strength: You are acting in a safe manner against landlords and service providers. Customer orientation: You trade customer-oriented, even in internal contact.
