Active cooperation in the development of medical products – from the phase of ideas to preparation for production Develop, work out and advance technical solutions in the team, e.g. by design, production of technical documents or coordination with internal and external partners Design, optimize and adapt to new requirements accompany tests, tests and validations to ensure quality and safety of products Analyse technical questions, develop solutions and implement them together with the specialist areas Close cooperation with production, quality, purchasing, suppliers or external development partners to ensure stable processes Depending on the personal profile, cooperation in areas such as construction, process development, documentation, prototype construction, supplier agreement or technical analysis

A technical qualification – e.g. a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics or microsystems engineering, a further education on the technician or a technical training (e.g. construction) with relevant professional experience At least 2 years of experience in the development of technical products, ideally in the regulated environment (e.g. medical technology, pharmaceutical, automotive) Safe handling of CAD systems preferably SolidWorks Very good German knowledge and good English skills High motivation to actively engage in development projects and quickly capture new technical topics Team spirit and communication strength to develop solutions together with different disciplines Structured, quality-conscious working and pleasure in addressing technical challenges pragmatically and solution-oriented
