You support our team as Inhouse Tax Consultant (m/d)

Tax CMS: You support the construction and ongoing development of the global Tax Compliance Management System (Tax CMS) in cooperation with Deloitte, including reporting and documentation. Transfer Pricing: Coordination of Group-wide settlement price documentation (Master and Local Files) as well as ensuring high compliance quality in local companies. Documentation: Participation in the development and maintenance of standardised processes and guidelines on tax and social matters (e.g. EU regulations, Pillar 2, Intercompany billing prices). Legal coordination: You support corporate issues such as managing director orders, statutes and company decisions in close cooperation with the legal department. Process Responsibility: You also support the supervision and further development of systems and processes in the area of tax and law within the FHCS. Post-Merger integration: coordination of legal integration of newly acquired companies, including mergers and corporate consolidations. Compliance: Support to ensure full compliance with transparency requirements and documentation obligations, with particular consideration of legal liability risks and risk mitigation.

Education: Completed study of business management, ideally focusing on taxes, accounting or company law (Bachelor or Master). professional experience: first relevant professional experience in the field of taxes, billing prices or legal/compliance; Consultancy experience is advantageous, but no requirement. Languages: Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. Expertise: Basic knowledge of IFRS, indirect taxes, EU policies (e.g. DAC6/DAC7) and corporate governance. Systems: Interest in tax and compliance systems, ideally with first experience in documentation or CMS tools. Personal competencies: High integrity, independence and a structured and careful way of working. Collaboration: Representative capacity for cross-departmental cooperation with internal teams (right, tax, finance) as well as external consultants and stakeholders.
