Implementation of receivables management in past funding cases: decision on requests for repayment, after prior examination, including the preparation of the decision on repayment Registration of claims in insolvency proceedings and communication with the competent enforcement agencies Initiation of enforcement measures and supervision of payment transactions and decision on the precipitation and adoption of claims
