In order to strengthen our corporate customer area, we are looking for a dedicated Consultant (m/w/d) Projektmanager (m/w/d) Your main tasks: In this position, you are responsible for advising and supporting a defined customer group in the Bauträger, Projektstwickler and Commercial Stockholders segments as well as investors. Their focus is on large-volume real estate financing as well as the establishment and sustainable maintenance of long-term customer relationships. You develop tailor-made financing solutions that take into account both risk and income aspects. You will accompany the entire credit process closely in the team with sales-supporting specialists, from structuring to the creation of term sheets to the elaboration of sound decision templates for the relevant bodies. Their tasks include cooperation with internal specialist departments as well as coordination and integration of joint and consortial partners. In addition, you will always follow the current market trends and assess their potential impact on your customers' real estate portfolio.
