Responsibility You have open demands, proactively and promptly targeted measures. Communication: You write individual letter of dunning and create reminders – clear, precise and addressable. Negotiation: You develop rate payment agreements and monitor payment transactions with a view to detail and fingertip feeling. Search: In lawsuits, you support external lawyers with structured preparation, thorough research and reliable work. Coordination: You enter into insolvency proceedings, organize claims and ensure a smooth process. Enforcement: You apply for executing decision and carry out forced executions with a targeted and solution-strong view.

Expertise You have a completed training as a legal specialist and know the legal requirements in receivable management. Expertise You're sure to deal with MS Office and are familiar with the processing of complex processes. Ideally, you bring first SAP knowledge. Motivation & team spirit You think solution-oriented, keeps time limits in mind and take responsibility for your area. You work in the team and implement your tasks independently. You have a careful way of working and communicate clearly with everyone involved.
