Master Carpenter - Team Leader / Modular Construction / Timber Construction (m/f/d)

You guide your team professionally and disciplinaryly and are responsible for the planning and the timely implementation of our module and Tiny House projects As a central contact for our customers: you advise them throughout the entire construction process and ensure a high level of satisfaction With the help of CAD you create and optimize production plans and control the subsequent production on our CNC machines You monitor and ensure the quality of all craftsmanship works – from raw construction to the installation of windows and doors to the final interior construction Together with your team, you also pack your own and manufacture high-quality wooden components such as furniture or exterior trims

You have a completed training as a carpenter:in or master:in the carpentry You bring at least 5 years of relevant professional experience You have proven leadership qualities and experience as a leadership or team leader:in You perform structuredly, have planning skills and work independently and carefully You are team-ready, strong and flexible with high commitment for team and projects You are stressful in craftsmanship and have profound knowledge in CNC and CAD You have experiences in building calculation and basic knowledge in MS-Office You ideally have a class B and/or BE licence
