PDP Manager & Samples Manager (m/w/d)

Porsche E-Bike Performance was founded to redesign mobility and develop innovative electric drive systems for e-bikes. We combine years of experience in the development of e-bike drives with innovative software solutions and extend them through the comprehensive knowledge, research and competence of Porsche. With Porsche E-Bike Performance, we design and produce groundbreaking systems under two brands: compact, lightweight FAZUA drive systems for agile e-bikes and in future also particularly powerful drive systems under the brand name Porsche. You are responsible for creating a complete project plan at system level for the Drive Unit, Battery and VCU, etc. These include documentation, schedule tracking and project management In your role, you also support project management as part of a PMO for the above mentioned areas (System Owner Office Management) You are taxing current top topics, risks and tasks, with main focus on the schedule, You are able to present the current project situation at any time and to submit recommendations for action for the further procedure in the project As a sample manager, you are responsible for a timely sample delivery and the development of a sample management process as well as the operational management To do this, you tune with all relevant interfaces in and outside the company and take care of an interdepartmental resource and demand planning

You have a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or comparable training You have 6-7 years of experience in leading project and/or product management, ideally in system integration Ideally, you have already gained expertise in the automotive industry and understand project management in a challenging environment You understand leading an interdisciplinary team and controlling it with your excellent communication skills according to its strengths You have a great passion and a vision for the development of technical products You are characterized by excellent knowledge of project management methods and tools, including agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban You also have strong analytical skills and understand how to solve complex problems and make decisions under time pressure It gives you great pleasure to work in a rapidly changing environment and manage several projects at the same time A certification in project management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) is advantageous English knowledge and ideally good German knowledge
