There are various tasks waiting for you, such as: Processing and solution of complex technical enquiries around the world (mechanics, electrical and hardware and software) Remote & telephone support for our worldwide customers with an extensive product portfolio Start-up of new plants and repair of existing machines Processing of tickets (including analysis, prioritization and documentation) Implementation of fault analyses and introduction of measures Training and support of users in new applications Close and cross-border cooperation with other disciplines Telephone readiness (i.d. every 4-5 weeks) to allow a 24/7 hotline for our customers

Complete studies in electrical engineering or mechatronics Multiannual professional experience in technical customer support or as service engineer or service technician Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing 25-30% travel activity to provide support on site in addition to remote support Experience in handling ticket systems and remote support tools are beneficial Basic knowledge of common office products, SAP desirable Self-employed, structured and service-oriented work Teamability, communication strength and customer orientation
