As a Strategic Purchaser / Contract Manager (w/m/d), our specialist departments will advise you on all procurement issues and develop appropriate procedures for national, pan-European and funding-funded projects focusing on construction services. You accompany demanding awards from the first demand message to the supplement, ensure legal processes and help improve processes and develop digitalization in purchasing. You advise the specialist departments in the creation of performance directories and select the appropriate, legally secure award procedure; also perform market information You check the award documents for completeness and legal requirements, create and publish tenders and control the procedures in the electronic procurement management system; also direct participation competitions and speak invitations to tender You examine and evaluate offers formally, computationally and content, lead the correspondence with tenderers, accompany offer openings and negotiations, create proposals for awards and grant supplements. In addition, ensure compliance with all deadlines and document the entire process in legally secure procurement documents You check and process order changes including communication, budget and procurement aspects, maintain relevant data for procurement statistics and clarify deviations in order confirmations and invoices You advise internal stakeholders on procurement law issues, conduct training on procurement law and keep up to date through regular research on current legal developments

You have a successfully completed university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Civil Engineering, Law, or in a comparable field Alternatively, you have completed a professional training with a relevant additional qualification, e.g. to the certified farmer (w/m/d), You have professional experience in purchasing and/or awarding construction services Ideally, you have a qualification or certification as a contract trainee (w/m/d) or award manager (w/m/d) or a comparable additional qualification At best you have knowledge of procurement and contract law Optimally, you have experiences with agile working methods and a Scrum Master and/or Agile Coach training You have very good German knowledge (at least C1 level) and good English knowledge (at least B2 level) You convince with a strong communication capability, bring security in moderation and presentation techniques as well as convincing conversation and rhetoric skills with
