In our newly built company headquarters you take over the overall technical responsibility for the heating, air conditioning and ventilation plants (HKL). You are the one who understands the technical interaction of the systems, recognizes risks and ensures safe, reliable and sustainable operation. In doing so, you act not as an operative fitter, but as a technical owner, who acts monitoring, controlling and coordinating – both internally and externally. Your tasks – this is what everyday life looks like: You ensure safe, trouble-free and economical operation and maintenance of all HKL systems in building management. You are the central technical point of contact for all HKL topics – for internal areas as well as for external service providers. Complete training on master or state-tested technicians or a completed study of supply, building or TGA technology or a comparable qualification. Long-standing professional experience in: technical facility management Operation or in the control of technical service providers ideally with focus HKL.
Found experience in handling CAFM systems, ideally you have already accompanied the rebuilding or reorganization of such a system. You work structured, document-proof and meet technical reviews based, comprehensible and pragmatic. Safe handling of MS Office is of course for you. Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
