Discipline leadership of the Group Production Planning Subcontracting (PLS) as part of the Operations Planning Department Responsibility of the process for carrying out production assignments (release processing) within the framework of submarine production and internal interfaces as well as external partners, e.g. for internal production control, construction, external wage workers or cooperation in the higher-level make-or-buy decisions Creation and optimisation of the Supply-Chain payroll, taking into account capacities, test requirements, availability of materials and demand dates, as well as control and monitoring of ongoing awards, as well as initiation of countermeasures in the event of deviations Analysis and further development of relevant key figures as well as close cooperation with production, construction, purchasing and project Support in the design, development and implementation of processes and tools within the internal TKMS infrastructure Predictive and systematic employee development Processing of quality, time and costs

Complete study of engineering or production engineering as well as several years of professional experience in production planning/control First disciplinary leadership experience required Knowledge in ERP (SAP) High level of self-responsibility, autonomy and negotiation skills in complex situations Extensive knowledge in the field of technical systems and their complex relationships Implementation and change skills, with the ability to develop and apply new approaches in planning and team work (e.g. agile management, LEAN principles, tool optimization) Solution-oriented work in interdisciplinary teams Experience in project management and active interface management German and English knowledge in word and writing
