As a Design Lead (w/m/d), you enter the module Employee Central - in close cooperation with the global and local HR process experts, Product Owner and HR IT. You are responsible for the holistic coordination of change requests to improve the processes and functionalities in EC - from initial evaluation to implementation - and always have a look at the experience of our employees and executives. You accompany global and regional (sub) projects with reference to SAP SuccessFactors EC and advise your HR colleagues in designing their processes. As an AI coordinator for HR, you are also proactively engaged in new technical developments, especially in the context of AI, within and outside of SuccessFactors and are able to evaluate them. Thanks to your excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, you act as a link and translator* between HR and HR IT. You combine technical requirements with technical conditions. You provide regular training for the respective users in the national companies and an open exchange of experiences on internal communities.
