Digitization: Together with your adesso team, you shape digitalization in the interior security and support authorities and organizations with security tasks in their digital transformation. Consultation: In projects, you will discuss security organisations conceptually to digitize and optimize their IT-based business processes based on innovations, technologies and a clear strategic vision. Requirements analysis: Technical requirements in complex environments are applied at the interface between disciplines and IT, evaluated and prioritize them and document them structured. Project reference: From kick-off to retro, you accompany projects with police and other security authorities according to classic and agile approach models and support in project planning and quality assurance. Acquisition: Through your engagement in acquisition and presales activities, you contribute to the acquisition of new projects and act as a driver of internal security change.

Professional experience: You look back on several years of relevant professional experience in the environment of authorities and organizations with security tasks and connect them with sound industry and IT know-how. Methodological knowledge: You are familiar with topics such as Agile Transformation, requirement analysis according to IREB, test management according to ISTQB as well as common consulting and software development standards. Analysis competence: Analytical thinking and the willingness to solve complex challenges pragmatically shape your approach in analysis and conception. Language skills: Your very good knowledge of German and good English allows you to communicate safely.
