Project Manager Tunnelling (m/f/d)

• Establishing the required coordination and meeting culture • Ensuring the transparent flow of information to project management and PMO • Proactive solution orientation in the project day-to-day in exchange with the organization • Support of section meetings and site meetings • Moderation of PM meetings and coordination with PO areas • Ensuring the smooth running of agreed processes and compliance with project governance • Active coordination of current amendments • feedback to set processes to central functions to improve the methods and standards used • Monitoring the contract dates and obligations of all contractors • Examination of project execution for compliance with contractual rules and obligations • tracking and status tracking of all delivery items of the AN and coordination of the departments • Coordination of the timely completion of construction-free measures • status tracking and follow-up of late measures and introduction of mitigation measures • Ensuring the topicality of progress, performance measurement, schedules, documents and quality

• Detectional qualification as PMP (Project Management Professional) • Professional and personal competence for effective cooperation with stakeholders • Ability to organise working time and performance independently • Good knowledge of PMP standards and methods • Experience in coordinating projects related to laws and standards • Ability to review and evaluate systems and tools for topicality, accuracy and completeness • Knowledge of digital documentation systems (DAN, CDE, Sharepoint) • readiness to comply with and implement PM standards and methods
