Leadership of the staff:in line with the leadership of the LEUE & NILL Group Support and development of employees:inside in technical and personnel issues Cost and Budget Responsibility for Business Insurance Responsible organisation, control and independent control of the area Support for external services in commercial/ wholesale business Support for existing large customers:inside as well as participation of specific sales actions Control and independent execution of insurers, customer and sightseeing dates as well as lead in the development of conceptual cover concepts e.g. with focus on sales policy Implementation of meaningful processes and processes, in particular in the aspect of digitalization and in cooperation with specialist and central areas. Collaboration with HR on the personal issues (sanctions, reintegration, working time, pay, personnel needs planning etc.)

Successfully completed training to/from the merchant for insurance and financial facilities or comparable qualification Alternatively, a completed study with a focus on insurance or further training on technical underwriters Multiannual professional experience in industrial property insurance as well as in independent direct customer care Knowledge of liability insurance and ideally in the fields of technical insurance and transport insurance Experience in the international insurance business and in dealing with turnover policies is desirable Experience in leading employees:inside Embossed team and conflict capability as well as safe occurrence, negotiation skills and security Safe handling of current MS Office products Good knowledge of English in word and writing are desirable
