Cleaning Site Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibility: You serve our customers in the Cottbus region and are their first contact person for all topics related to infrastructural services. You can organize and manage the services in the areas of maintenance and technical cleaning as well as green care, winter service and master care services. Living in cooperation: You plan personnel deployment, run your employees in day-to-day business and support their professional development. Analytical procedure: You create shift and maintenance plans and ensure a smooth run on the supervised objects. In addition, you calculate offers and supplements and keep in mind costs, budgets and services. Precisely implement: You ensure that contractual agreements and legal and technical requirements are complied with. To do this, you regularly perform object visits and quality checks and initiate improvement measures if necessary. Promote progress: You identify optimization potentials in the processes and implement them together with your team.

Education: Completed vocational training, ideally with training to the building cleaning master (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification. Experience: Experience in object management, building cleaning or facility management, preferably in the industrial environment. First or multi-year leadership experience as well as joy in supporting and leading employees in everyday work. Working and Personality: Secure communication in dealing with customers, employees and local contacts. Organizational design and an independent and pragmatic way of working. Know-How: Good user knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) Additional qualification: Class B licence required to achieve the objects; Height-fitness mandatory as well as lift ticket desirable (if not present, training takes place). Languages: German communication skills
