Planning and coordination of maintenance and maintenance measures Ensuring and coordinating fire protection including maintenance, maintenance and repair work commissioning, instruction and support of craft companies and the control and acceptance of externally assigned maintenance work Ensuring the smooth running of all technical and craft activities in our branch network including Central administration Consultation in the establishment of fire control and alarm plan including the creation of escape and rescue plans Organization of evacuation exercises and fire protection exercises Instruction of employees on fire protection measures

A completed training in a technical or craft occupation Class B driving licence mandatory Readiness to travel in our Hamburger-Filialen (in agreement also in Berlin) Independent, structured and conscientious functioning and good communication skills Team skills and hands-on mentality Commitment and resilience Reliability and flexibility
