Senior Professional Operational Energy Control (w/m/d)

Location: Karlsruhe Job-ID: 18618 Interface & Sparringspartner: You act as a central impulse generator and Sparring partner for the power plant, the energy competence center and the production areas to ensure an optimized mode of operation of energy generation. Data & Transparency: You guide and develop our KPIs as well as energy crashboards in close cooperation with the departments and take on continuous monitoring and reporting. Designing the future: With curiosity and drive, you will encounter new (energy) topics (further development of electricity and heat generation) at the location, drive them forward and actively support our energy strategy. Team management: You lead and coach a motivated team of energy officers that focuses essentially on energy saving and energy audits.

Leadership competency: You bring (already) leadership experience and understand how to direct and motivate your team. Stakeholder Manager: As a real team player, you are happy to work with a wide range of interfaces and never lose the focus on the essential topics in dynamic times.
