Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) Reference number: 396470 Takeover of the overall strategic and operational management of the Leuna branch Implementation of the growth and branch targets and further development of the branch with a focus on the chemical industry Sales and customer acquisitions: new customer acquisition, maintenance of existing customers and extensions of the scope of services Technical management of the branch with a focus on maintenance and electrical services, pipeline construction and fitting services for the chemical industry Professional and disciplinary leadership of employees and personnel development Responsibility for all economic indicators including budget, revenue and earnings Ensuring quality standards and creating offers and costing

Completed studies of engineering, or completed technical training with further training to master | technicians Multiannual professional experience in industry and at least three years of leadership experience Sales competence: A strong sales affinity with experience in customer acquisition and customer aspiration Extensive technical knowledge with a focus on maintenance and electrical services, pipeline construction or fitting services Leadership experience: You already have practical experience as leadership. Bring a natural leadership style that motivates, structured, promotes and takes responsibility for teams Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel and Word, and ideally SAP knowledge High customer and service orientation Own-responsible, economic thinking and acting as well as high customer and employee orientation Empathy, pragmatism and customer and solution orientation
