Manage accesses for broker portals and enter data into password manager tools such asSecureAnyBox, 1Password or easy Login. in close exchange with insurers and internal stakeholders and likes to share knowledge inConfluence and capture process progress in Jira. analysing the various broker portals and their functionalities and verifying the intermediary agency number structure. the structure and stocks of the different broker portal access documentation and clearly mapped. the agency number clearing, requires lists of insurers and consolidates and transmits the numbers – always with a view to collection types, courtage differences and special concepts. ensure compliance with EDI accounting procedures. analyse possible EBITDA effects and actively contribute to avoiding them.
