The Senior Manager, Human Resourcesm/f/d will lead the Human Resources at the Leica Biosystems site in Nussloch, Germany, and will work on-site. This role will collaborate with the site's leadership to talent advance and cultural excellence. This role will strengthen collaboration between associates, and leadership by providing comprehensive on organizational design, training and development, performance management, and labor law compliance. In this role, you will have the importunity to: Enhance Organizational Culture: Identify and implement initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness, improve the structure, systems, and environment within a company to create a more efficient, effective, and positive workplaces. Organizational Effectiveness: Consult and support managers and employees on issues and regularly provide information on HR topics (legal/contractual regulations, HR processes, HR management, company agreements). Employee Relations and Compliance: Ensure the proper application of company policies, collective bargaining, and labor law, by close collaborating with the local works council; this includes policies and agreements to maintain and foster positive labor relations. Strategic HR planning: Leverage analytics and reporting to drive decision-making. Align HR strategies with overall business goals to drive organizational success. Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning: Oversee recruitment processes in close collaboration with the Global Talent Acquisition Team; develop and implement effective strategies to attract top talent, ensure alignment with the company's goals and the specific needs of the medical device industry. The Senior Manager, Human Resources m/w/d will lead the Leica Biosystems personnel department at the Nussloch site and work on site. This role is part of the management team of the site and works closely with it to advance talent strategies and cultural excellence. The Senior Manager, Human Resources m/w/d will optimize relations between employees, managers and executives by providing comprehensive advice on topics such as organisational design, training and development, performance management and compliance with labour laws. The position includes the following areas of activity: Improving corporate culture: identifying and implementing initiatives to increase organisational effectiveness, improve structure, systems and environment within a company to create a more efficient, more effective and more positive workplace. Organisational effectiveness: advice and support for managers and staff in personnel matters and regular provision of information on HR topics (legal/contractual regulations, HR processes, HR management, operating arrangements). employee relations and compliance: ensuring the proper application of corporate policies, collective agreements and labour law through close cooperation with the local works council; This includes the negotiation of directives and agreements to ensure compliance and promote positive working relationships. Strategic personnel planning: use of analyses and reports on decision-making. Focusing HR strategies on the higher-level corporate objectives to promote organisational success. talent acquisition and personnel planning: Acquisition of recruitment processes in close cooperation with the Global Talent Acquisition Team; Development and implementation of effective strategies to attract top-level personnel to ensure compliance with the corporate objectives and the specific requirements of the medical technology industry.

The essential requirements of the job include: Bachelor's degree in relevant field required, master's degree in business, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, or related field preferred. 5+ years of HR experience leading in Human Resources and/or business partnerships, ideally in a multinational company Extensive experience in collaboration with works councils and good knowledge of labor, works constitution, and collective participation law Fluent written and spoken English and German skills
