For the organizational unit IAM development, we are looking for the next possible appointment for the Hanover or Münster site Account Manager (m/w/d)

Under the Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), we combine our IAM (Identity and Access Management), Privileged Identity Management (PIM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM). In this environment we are looking for reinforcement for our IAM team.

Recording, analysis and specification of Identity Access Management (IAM): Development and prioritization of clear, implementable requirements that form the basis for successful IAM projects. Interface between technical teams and disciplines: understanding and translating technical and operational requirements, so that all participants work towards a common goal. Priority and support of projects: Identify and prioritize relevant IAM projects together with the project management portfolio and support of projects from initiation to implementation. Coordination and advice: Close cooperation with stakeholders to ensure that the requirements are efficiently and effectively integrated into the project plan. Documentation and quality assurance: Continuous documentation of the processes and results and implementation of quality assurance measures.

Completed subject-related university studies and at least 2-3years professional experience in the fields of requirement management & software development, or comparable knowledge (ideally in the banking environment) Ability to analyze and optimize processes and implement complex IT solutions Take responsibility for your own tasks and projects Excellent target orientation, high commitment, team skills and creativity Self-employed and solution-oriented work Impressed communication capability, high enforcement capacity and conflictability for internal and external votes High customer orientation and experience in cooperation with various stakeholders.
