In the Steinbeis Research Center GRADE Reading Center, located at the Eye Clinic of the University Hospital of Bonn, the full-time office is now 100% one/one Projektmanager (m/w) to occupy, initially limited to two years. As an international reference centre for the independent evaluation of retinal imaging findings in the context of global therapy studies, the GRADE Reading Center makes a significant contribution to the research of eye diseases leading to blindness, such as age-dependent macular degeneration (https://www.grade-rc.org). Driven by scientific interest and in close cooperation with national and international partners, the GRADE Reading Center, with its multidisciplinary team of doctors, researchers, data managers, Image Analysis Specialists, software developers, offers high-quality services in the field of the process and analysis of complex multimodal image data sets of the eye, in order to investigate the effectiveness and safety of innovative therapeutic approaches to prevent severe visual impairment and blindness.

Data management in clinical trials, in particular quality control and prediction of imaging retina and eye findings Efficient communication with national and international study centres and research partners in German and English. Continuous evaluation, QM, documentation and improvement of data management processes Coordination and support of Data Manager Assistants and student assistants Support, evaluation, optimization of the internal help desk system Supporting Imaging Systems Designing the standard operating procedures (SOP) and monitoring of external audits

Interest in working with medical image data and imaging technology Complete study in the field of medical/clinic data management or life sciences Ideally relevant professional experience Very good knowledge of data processing and visualization with Excel, Word, PowerPoint Very good knowledge of the programming of complex database queries (SQL) and statistical evaluations (ideally R and Python) Programming knowledge in the processing/analysis of files in structuring file/order systems with Python (Standard Library) Sovereign Dealing with Computers, Windows, E-Mail, Online Collaboration Tools (Microsoft Teams etc.) Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Independent, careful and responsible working.
