IT Solution Designer (m/f/d)

You drive forward the continuous improvement process for the further development of the business processes of AOK Baden-Württemberg with the help of IT solutions, and advise the expert speakers with their IT expertise. You will make a significant contribution to the technical solutions. You are responsible for the technical and content management and implementation of IT projects or interdisciplinary working groups for the design, development and implementation of innovative IT solutions. The task requires a regular presence in Stuttgart or at locations in the Stuttgart area, and flexible work in the home office is also possible.

You have a degree in AOK Business Administration or you have a degree in IT, Economics or you have a comparable qualification. You have several years of professional and practical experience from an IT-related area in the context of the statutory health insurance. You are safe to negotiate, have a turned appearance, actively search for action options, evaluate these and derive sound decisions. You use specialist and methodological knowledge to effectively solve tasks. You bring experience in project work and/or moderation of working groups.
