Leadership of a production team (including development and qualification) Support of the BL in reporting and achieving the key figures Monitoring compliance with quality and safety standards Improving plant efficiency and optimizing machine runtime Creation and implementation of maintenance plans Control of work processes with regard to quality and efficiency

Training in machine and plant engineering as well as additional qualification as master/ technician or similar qualification Management experience and organisational skills Business thinking and acting Independent, structured working with hand-on mentality readiness to learn, resilience, flexibility and high readiness Safe handling of MS Office Very good German knowledge
