Procurement Manager/ Tender Manager (m/f/d)

You work with the people in the award, contract and license management team and you are a professional Sparring partner. You are responsible for and implementing procurement procedures as well as Europe-wide tenders for IHK-GfI and IHKs as well as the associated internal processes (including independent preparation and collection of the required documents and information, testing and evaluation of offers in cooperation with the demand points). You will advise the specialist levels of IT procurement on procurement issues and assist in the creation of individual award-law-compliant award documents. You develop and implement measures to optimize, increase efficiency and standardise our contract and license management processes. For your work, you use modern technologies such as a fully electronic procurement platform as well as Microsoft O365 and Navision. In addition to your professional skills, your personal skills also play an important role for us. Because we are a collegial company that always thinks progress together. A (special) university degree (e.g. economics, law or law) or a comparable training with corresponding professional experience Good knowledge in the field of procurement law and EVB–IT contract law Negotiating skills and fingertips in dealing with customers Very good German knowledge in word and writing, as well as good English knowledge Ready to travel in Germany (approx. 1 day / week)
