Your perspective As a process manager and organization developer, you systematically analyze existing processes and organizational structures. You focus on our customers and develop and implement both continuous improvements for established processes and innovative solutions to rethink modern banking – also with the help of AI. Your capacity for independent planning, optimization and documentation of our structures and workflows will help you increase transparency and efficiency and make the bank sustainable. In addition, you work closely with other departments to ensure sustainable development for customers and banks.

Your qualifications Completed commercial vocational training, ideally in a bank or savings bank Expertise and experience in process management, organisational development and administration of banking systems, in the best case in the cooperative banking sector Analytical thinking, creative approach and a pronounced communication skills and team spirit You have the creativity and initiative to question existing processes, develop innovative solutions and implement them sustainably.
