Lippeltstraße 1, 22097 Hamburg You take on your own responsibility the planning control of varied and technically demanding housing projects as well as in planning and construction Projects You conduct meetings in a team of renowned planning partners and control the planners and specialist engineers involved in the project You communicate regularly with the builder and make the necessary decisions You continuously control the planning of quality, appointments and performance with consideration of an economic and technically correct execution You work closely with the project management and design First concepts and feasibility studies to support sales work

You have successfully completed architectural studies or a comparable qualification You bring multi-year professional experience in the planning and planning management of turnkey buildings with You also have good IT skills, at best in CAD programs You have an excellent organizational ability and draw your attention through communication strength as well as an independent and structured way of working out
