Planning and organisation of workshops and trade fairs Organization of venues, technology, catering and materials Care of events on site Communication and organisation of invitations, participant management and scheduling Management of registrations and subscriber lists Support in marketing events (e.g. newsletters, social media, invitations) Reconditioning, feedback evaluation and continuous development of our event formats Support in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns Maintenance of social media channels and creation of content Coordination with internal teams and external partners Preparation of information materials and presentations (if necessary) Support of management in operational daily business Date management and preparation of meetings Travel planning and organisation

Completed training or studies in event management, marketing, communication or commercial Ideal experience in event, exhibition organization or assistance Strong organizational talent and structured, independent working Safe appearance, communication strength and joy in dealing with people Interest in health topics and pharmaceutical products Own initiative and sense of responsibility Good knowledge of MS Office Ready for occasional events Good knowledge of German and English
