For our growing Industrial Automation team, we are looking for a senior electrical designer (m/w/d) with project experience in the automotive environment. Industrial Automation projects in this role require regular travel activities of ~ 60% to our customers and BÄR Automation GmbH to Gemmingen, near Heilbronn. (The Agile Robots SE has been a majority shareholder of BÄR Automation GmbH since 2023.) Alternatively, we are also open to candidates: women who are mainly located in Gemmingen or Stuttgart and are ready to regularly travel to our customers and to Munich. Varied tasks

Cooperation with cross-functional teams to design and implement electrical systems specifically for industrial automation projects Evaluation of components, selection of suitable components and creation of BOM list for electrical components Close cooperation with PLC programmers and automation specialists to ensure that electrical designs match the automation requirements Integration of sensors, actuators, PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and other automation components into electrical systems Ensuring that electrical constructions comply with safety standards Support in commissioning and testing of electrical systems during installation and commissioning. Troubleshooting in electrical problems, fault diagnosis and execution of corrective measures
