Administrative control of the recruiting and applicant management process (including applicant communication, appointment organization & system care in the applicant management system) Circuit of job advertisements on relevant job portals Organisation of acquiring diagnostic procedures for the selection of specialists and managers Support and close cooperation with the recruiters at our locations Hannover, Frankfurt, Münster Creation and maintenance of field-internal reports / statistics Participation in regional projects and participation in recruiting events
