In the RD/V “Integration Total Vehicle”, the development of the Compact, Midsize and Large SUV vehicles is combined with the vehicle concepts and major overall vehicle functions. RD/V creates the best overall vehicle experience and focuses on the customer. We define future vehicle architectures while preserving the specific series DNA. Our task is to create synergies between the series. We as a strong team in the overall vehicle design Midsize-Cars offer exciting topics and projects in the field of digitalization as well as process/method work. The basis for the design is the Digital Mock-Up (DMU) as a digital image of the vehicle with all components and systems. As part of digitalization, we operate the “Digital Workshop” in which different VR tools such as VR data glasses, high-end CAD PC as well as various virtualization software are used to evaluate and secure the digital product. Another focus of our activity is the continuous error setting process, which increases the maturity of the vehicle by transparency and traceability. These challenges include: You actively participate in the security processes of the digital workshop. Experiences in the environment of the digital workshop are therefore advantageous

You enter the cross-site development cooperation with the MS HoloLens

You work with the agile further development and operational application of the error database (Jira) of maturity management

You support the organisation and implementation of meetings and workshops

The activity can begin from September 2026.

Course in the field of automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, material/material science, electrical engineering, mechatronics, industrial engineering or a comparable degree course

Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Safe handling of MS Office

Commitment and team skills

Analytical thinking and strategic working

Interest in the vehicle

Programming skills of advantage (VBA, Java, JSON)
