HR consulting and employee support: Competent Person for Executives, as well as commercial and commercial employees in all personnel topics; You will accompany employees with confidence along their Employee Lifecycle and work closely with regional HR management and the central HR department. BR cooperation: design of partnership with the works council and competent advice on labour law issues Health management: processing of BEM measures and further topics of occupational health management Recruiting: Responsibility for the Recruiting Process from the Personal Request to Onboarding including Applicant Management Administration: Personnel administration, including work contracts and certificates, and responsibility for works council hearings HR metrics and process optimization: evaluation and analysis of relevant HR metrics, such as the sick and fluctuation rate, as well as derivation and implementation of measures for the continuous optimization of personnel processes Network work: building and maintaining cooperative cooperation with external partners, in particular the Agency for Work and Education and Training, to support personal issues

Qualification: Successfully completed commercial training, e.g. as an office clerk / Kaufmann (m/w/d) for office or industrial clerk (m/w/d), or a completed study of business management (BWL) with HR reference Pre-experience: Multiannual Professional Practice in Human Resources and Knowledge in Labour Law IT-Skills: Handling MS Office and know-how in a time management system Personality: Great social competence, team spirit and communication strength Working methods: solution orientation, liability and a pronounced service
