Number: MER0003JKL As part of our team, you will support the process and system landscape for the service contract business of PKW & Vans worldwide, as well as be an active part of the project team in the part-commercial business, for the development of a customer-oriented platform for the part distribution to free workshops. In our department we develop customer-oriented, cloud-based solutions for Mercedes-Benz sales companies, retailers, free workshops and end customers after the Scrum framework with our partners. Our technology stack includes APIs, cloud technologies such as Kubernets, Java applications, python scripting and much more. These challenges include: Coordination tasks in the project environment Release Communication to the relevant stakeholders Requirements management for our individual software (specification and implementation) Cloud-based (AWS, K8S) application support Support in developing solutions for monitoring and housekeeping of our AWS infrastructure Development of individual tools for the service contract environment including data analysis (error pattern detection, correction) Test management (test implementation, coordination, automation) Workshops (organization, participation and implementation) Analysis and implementation of potential automation solutions for access management and other administrative tasks What we offer: An international environment in the automotive group View of the Mercedes-Benz IT world Agile development models A super team that always has an open ear Individual support Own areas of responsibility Flexible working hours
