for the field of general construction

at the Plochingen office and search

with a degree in Bachelor/Master/Dipl. -Ingenieur/in building equipment and supply technology or equivalent suitability with multi-year professional experience in construction

Full-time or part-time (at least 60 %), unlimited, E 11 TVöD with specialist allowance

Key tasks

• Accompanying and reviewing externally commissioned technical planning services for new construction and rebuilding measures in construction
• independent implementation of technical restructuring measures
• Collection and testing of offers
• Examination of performance directories
• Implementation of acceptances and transfers to the respective users
• operational support for the entire industrial plant
• Observing the building function

We expect

• sound knowledge of building equipment and supply technology
• preferably experience in heating, ventilation, sanitation, MSR
• Motivation for team work
• readiness and sense of responsibility
• negotiation and organizational skills
• Knowledge of relevant legislation such as VOB, VOL, DIN and VDE
• good and practical knowledge of HOAI and VOB
• Knowledge in dealing with office applications
• if possible knowledge in a CAFM system (e.g. IMS)
• a valid driving permit (class B) and the willingness to use your own car for service
