As a nursing representative in the OP management team, you will ensure the OP operation, according to the internally defined capacity distributions and room running times. Together with the medical surgical management, You take over the control and coordination of ongoing surgical operations in day-to-day business in medical, nursing and economic aspects. Structured handling of disturbances and deviations in OP operation (e.g. emergency cases, overdrafts, technical or personnel failures). Co-responsibility for compliance with all given standards, SOP and guidelines. This includes, in particular, ensuring all patient safety requirements in the OP (side confusion, counting controls, etc.) together with all the operators acting in the OP. Participation in personnel management and operational planning, coordination of continuing and continuing training and personnel development of employees in the undersigned areas. Ensuring high-quality training for young people, the integration of foreign professionals and the continuous further development of efficient OP processes and supply concepts Active support of employees in change processes Designing the performance and economic viability of the care and the strategic and economic development of the hospital Promoting constructive, cross-sectoral and cross-professional cooperation

You have a completed 3 year training as a nursing specialist. § 1 PflBG or as surgical assistant (OTA), ideally with specialist training OP (DKG) You have several years of relevant professional experience in the surgical field of a hospital You already have leadership experience and proven experience in the interdisciplinary control of the daily business of an OP A completed study in nursing or health management is desirable, alternatively You have successfully completed a management course (DKG). As a strong leadership personality, you have pronounced decision-making and prioritization capability in time-critical situations. You are flexible, independent, resilient and have very good communication skills as well as interaction skills. Thanks to appreciation and determination as well as sustainable support of the employees, you create a positive working climate. You have very good IT skills (Microsoft Office, at least Excel/Word, ideally knowledge of how to use medico//s) Willingness to constructive cross-disciplinary cooperation
