Your activity is assigned to the Chapter/Squad account balance. Here you work with 12 colleagues across the site and with various interfaces.

Tasks with perspectives

You plan and coordinate all test activities in the agile development team, including the determination of test targets, strategies and plans as well as the determination of test priorities and dates. You identify and communicate problems and bottlenecks in the test process, coordinate troubleshooting with the development team and are responsible for building and maintaining the test infrastructure, including test environments, test tools and test data. You define test standards and guidelines in the team to ensure that tests are conducted consistently and quality standards are complied with. You work closely with the Product Owner and the development team to understand requirements and identify potential risks, and to set test cases and priorities for tests based on your analysis. You check the execution of the tests to ensure that they are carried out according to the test plans and meet the defined quality criteria.

Personality with profile You have a completed study of (economic) informatics as well as several years of relevant professional experience or training in the field of computer science and many years of relevant professional experience or a comparable qualification. You have an affinity for new technologies and a good technical understanding of modern application systems and test infrastructures to drive our test automation. Ideally, you have experiences with the tools aqua, TAFF, cypress, Git, eclipse or Jenkins as well as experiences in handling test concepts and test strategies. You have practical knowledge of the agile method such as Scrum, has an agile mindset and teaches well-founded knowledge of the standard test methods. You have knowledge of German (at least C1 level) and good English (B2 level). You have fun working in a cross-functional, agile team, are solution-oriented and has a high quality and responsibility awareness.
