Special line in the area of the assembly of espresso and loading mills incl. Coordination with upstream and downstream areas Responsible for compliance with qualitative and quantitative requirements Ensure compliance with planned order sequences Responsible for personnel deployment planning in the respective product segment in consultation with the head of assembly Personal development through feedback talks etc. Preassembly of assemblies for coffee mills according to plan and drawing Implementation of logistical and/or quality-proof measures Ensuring cleanliness, order and work security in responsibility Initiation and implementation of measures and workshops to increase productivity and quality Job design and optimization in cooperation with Shopfloor engineering

Successfully completed industrial/technical training, if possible with basic electrotechnical knowledge, ideally a further development to the master or technician (m/w/d) First leadership experience of advantage and demonstrable by empathy ability and value-adding attitude Installation knowledge, technical understanding and craftsmanship Flexibility, high problem solving competence, empathic understanding Self-recognising problems and solution-oriented thinking Self-responsive working, flexibility and team skills Ready to learn something new and to be active in two-shift operation Good German language skills
