You take responsibility for the employees in the respective shift You take the planning and allocation of orders to employees In representation for the group management, you take the absent planning and coordinate the daily business You ensure compliance with delivery dates and productivity Use your knowledge of conventional turning and milling to continuously optimize the processes You guide your employees and continuously develop them in their skills and knowledge You support your colleagues (m/w/d) to make the working day smooth

Training: Ideal basis is an apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic (m/w/d) or machining mechanic (m/w/d) or comparable to a successfully completed construction qualification, e.g. Master (m/w/d) or technician (m/w/d) You bring the first leadership experience of a team in production You have proven experience in conventional turning and milling You bring knowledge to CVP and Lean Management The application of MS Office programs, such as Excel and ERP systems, is too natural and sovereign to make and be meaningful You communicate clearly and legally and have the needs and requirements of the company as well as your employees in mind You are ready to work in alternating layers (breakfast/ late/night) but your use will be done mainly in the early shift
