Since our company was founded in 2003, we have been the largest producer of this niche in Germany. Our Wback team consists of 250 employees in our works in Bönen and Leipheim. Projektleiter (m/w/d)

Your duties

• Driving our equipment in the production of baked goods in 4-shift operation
• Monitoring the process sequences and the realized product qualities
• Communication, verification and documentation of current production control variables
• Detection of deviations or errors and introduction of control measures
• Ensuring zero error production

Your profile

• They have completed training, for example as bakers (m/w/d), specialist in food technology (m/w/d), machine and plant managers (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification. As an alternative, you will bring relevant professional experience as a machine operator, plant operator or machine operator (m/w/d) in industrial food or Bakery production
• You know about your responsibility as a machine or plant leader and are continuously equitable to this through thoughtful and planned action
• You work independently, carefully and reliably in the team
• You communicate clearly, openly and directly
