The focus of your activity lies in financial accounting and in the function as a key user for issues and applications in financial and accounting. Key User Activities Consultation and support of employees in matters relating to commercial accounting User support in debitor, creditor and asset accounting User support in the use of the software and specialist procedures used Determination of training needs and preparation of corresponding training documents Preparation and independent implementation of training and workshops Support for the introduction of new modules and system changes Participation in optimizing existing processes and workflows Development of proposals to improve procedures Financial accounting Processing of complex and demanding booking processes Tasks in plant, debitor and creditor accounting Monitoring and maintenance of debitor accounts clarification of open items and accounts Implementation or initiation of necessary rebooking Assignment and rebooking of payment inputs Booking and management of securities, such as guarantees Processing and booking of invoices in SAP VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) Technical support for internal areas in accounting issues Annual accounts and other tasks Support in preparation and implementation of the financial statements Participation in inventory Editing challenging questions in commercial accounting Implementation of technical requirements in accounting Technical support for internal teams in complete and correct accounting Takeover of special tasks in financial and accounting

Completed university degree (Bachelor, Diplom FH or comparable), ideally in the field of economics Comprehensive practical knowledge in commercial accounting Knowledge of financial accounting Good knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word SAP knowledge, ideally in FI, FI-AA, CO, RE-FX or comparable modules Knowledge of plant accounting Knowledge of real estate management is advantageous Experience as a key user, multiplier or user training is desirable Personally convince you An independent, careful and reliable operation Organizational skills and economic thinking A quick understanding Own initiative and a solution-oriented approach Good communication and team skills Responsibility and decision-making Class B driving licence and the willingness to carry service vehicles if necessary
