Tasks with perspectives

You are pleased to take responsibility as part of the agile team in the Squad Capital Yield Tax. You are interested in the subject of capital income tax and are a translator for the developer team. You always have the backlog in mind, you evaluate requirements for customer benefit and cost-effectiveness. You focus on internal requirements and strategies. Together with your cross-functional team, you will develop solution sketches, user stories and specialist concepts. You will start professional test cases and take responsibility for the maintenance and further development of automated regression tests. Your tasks include handling tickets as part of the Second Level Support.

Personality with profile

You will bring a completed degree in business management, business informatics or relevant vocational training (bank merchant/wife) with additional qualification. You have professional experience in a bank and/or good knowledge of the system and data world of the cooperative financial group as well as several years of experience in software development and/or an interface function between business and IT. Knowledge of the creation of technical process descriptions and programming specifications complement your profile. You have knowledge of German (at least C1 level) and good English (B2 level). It has a structured, analytical and reliable way of working. You are an absolute team player - and, in addition to pronounced social competence, you also bring a high degree of independent working.
