For our location in Würzburg, we are looking for a specialist for customs and shipping at the next possible time: Customs and Shipping Processor*

Customs clearance: settlement of customs processes for import and export shipments. Freight calculation: Pick-up and write-out of freight offers for the spare parts shipment by land, air and sea transport incl. Calculation and comparison. Transport order management: support for national and international transport orders in accordance with the framework contract and for individual orders taking into account appointment, order and customer requirements. Delivery coordination: planning and timing of deliveries in cooperation with suppliers, forwarders, storage companies and shipping companies; Processing and coordination of transport in German and English using specialist terms. SAP Processing & Reporting: Creation of shipping documents, customs documents and goods exit bookings in SAP; creation of spare parts invoices in SAP taking into account customer-related agreements; Persecution of open deliveries incl. clarification with relevant departments and preparation of reports and statistics.

Training: completed vocational training (e.g. as a forwarding businessman/wife or industrial businessman/wife) as well as specialist additional qualification, ideally in customs processing or external trade. Personality: organisational and communication strength as well as a strong sense of responsibility. Experience: Relevant professional experience of at least 15 months in the field of customs processing or shipping. Expertise: experience in the processing of national and international transports and in the production of customs documents; safe handling of specialist terminology in German and English. IT competence: Funded knowledge in SAP and Office365.
