Your way leads you to the facility management of our administration building! Here you can ensure the smooth operation of the systems around fire alarm systems, employee IDs and access control. In your role, you are responsible for the hardware and software in the field of access and identification systems, take the technical control and coordinate maintenance, inspection and updates with internal and external stakeholders. Your focus: fire alarm systems. The support of the systems, system documentation, the initiation of fault analyses and participation in the standby service are also part of your task As part of new construction and renewal measures, you carry out projects or subprojects – from planning to tendering and awarding to warranty tracking. In addition, you develop strategies for maintenance, renewal and safe, sustainable operation.

A completed training as a masterin, technicianin or a completed study with the focus on information and communication technology, electrical engineering, automation technology, building technology and a comparable discipline. Multiannual experience in operation, care or management of technical systems, ideally fire alarm systems and access, security or building technology. Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and SAP. Class B driving licence A good self-organization, communication security and conceptual thinking. Very good German in word and writing (at least level C1/C2).
