Order processing for deliveries of refrigeration machines and control of the entire process from order acceptance to commissioning with the customer in coordination with the competent service department and commercial processing Customer support and clarification of technical questions Permanent communication with the plant in Italy and suppliers Compilation and sending of the order-related documentation to the customer and in exceptional cases accompanied by delivery and discharge to the customer Coordination of deficiencies during order processing Communication with the service in case of problems during commissioning Processing of special technical projects

Completed training with master or technician degree in refrigeration technology Practical technical experience with cold water sets or Large heat pumps and experience in an indoor service function Basic understanding or willingness to deal with commercial issues Customer orientation, structured and reliable operation In exceptional cases, readiness to travel within Germany to accompany deliveries Knowledge in MS Office, especially in Outlook and Excel Good knowledge of English for predominantly written communication with the plant in Italy
